When will you ship the item?

We will ship the item in 1-2 business days (only when we have your full contact and address information) unless for pre-order items which will be stated in the product listing.

How long does it takes to deliver?

For West Malaysia, delivery usually takes 3-7 working days. For East Malaysia, delivery takes 7-14 working days. Couriers working days are from Monday-Saturday, while it is off on Sunday.

How can I get tracking on my order?

Once we shipped your order, the tracking number will be updated on your Lazada account automatically. You can keep tracking on delivery status that provided.
